Anyone seen anything about a new Orbea emtb released soon? I just got an email with a teaser which says it’s a full power lightweight emtb, no pictures. I’m thinking it’s probably a replacement for the Wild fs.

I'd be shocked if its a lightweight ebike. But something around 48-50lbs with a 750wh battery would be awesome.

Yeah, it’s a new Wild fs.

I've seen some of the spec's for the 2023 Wild FS, the M-LTD models will come with a 625wh battery and will supposedly weigh in at 21kg. The M-Team models will have the 750wh battery and will be roughly 2kg more.

It's be available in 4 sizes unlike the current bike which was only available in 3 sizes, all new geo. I think this new bike is going to be a great bike.

Really really sweet bike. Very curious your thoughts as compared to the Rise.

Only did a quick street ride so far, haven’t been in the trails yet. What I can say is that the motor is nearly dead silent. Feels more powerful. Definitely lighter by a couple of pounds. Fox suspension feels really good as well as the DW link. Also very impressed with the Hayes Dominion brakes. Great modulation and lots of stopping power.

Aesthetic wise I like the look better also. Just not a fan of the Enve decals. Too much going on with that. Probably going to remove those soon. Rim decals don’t last long anyway in my rock infested trails.

Will report back once I get a good ride in the woods.
