I will be making an actual 3d model of this frame from a 3d printer at my school. this is all for a scholarship project. Modeled using Autodesk Inventor 11.

Like it, just seems like it has a pretty steep forward axle path. So steep it seems the rear tire would not achieve much travel till it hits the seat tube. Id love to see a diagram of the path though!

look's like your not Fuking around.. It's well done, personally I dont think the top pivot looks burley enough, that's about all I got really.
look's tight.

that looks really good. if it was to go into production though, i'm curious if there would be any patent infringement issues with Maestro or DW.

I was kinda thinking the same thing. Probably wouldn't be a big production bike though.

Looks awesome. I'd love to see how far you take it (If you need someone to test it for you, I'll pay shipping).

i'm lookin to get into this as a careers. i'm gonna start a whole line of frames and hopefully start a small company with my fiends some day in the future. or share my idea's with larger companies. probably safer that way. i'm also learning to weld and work with metal this semester. half days in the metal shop. 4.5 lbs w/o shock? I see...

Other than that, looks fantastic. The toptube curve looks sweet, maybe a little less so the link doesn't pass it on compression but seriously other than that, I would buy it.

beautifull man only thing that i woud ask is if its possible to suck in the top of the rear swing arm closer to the seat tube (width ways) just looks like it might be a little wide. i could be wrong though

One other thing thats bugging me, why the hydraformed front triangle and the box-section rear? Looks off balance even on the silver version to me. Did FEA say taht you couldnt get enough strength out of having at least oval tubes on the rear triangle?

i did a few experiments with metal while working on this frame that helped me lighten it up but i don't konw if my results were accurate. i found that aluminum is stronger when pulled then it is under compression. is this the case? looking for experienced answers on this one.
