Hi all,
Just opened up my brand new 2021 Factory 36 (grip2) to change out the air shaft, and when I drained the bath oil, out came a bunch of neon-green/yellow colored oil (almost reminded me of Prestone antifreeze). After changing the airshaft and reassembling I followed Fox's service guidance with 3cc Gold in the air chamber 10cc Gold in the air bath and 40cc PTFE infused in the damper bath. None of these oils were even close to what I drained out of the fork. Am I missing something??? The Gold oil was a deep... gold color and the PTFE oil was a milky white color?

The PTFE oil become yellowish/greenish with time. I do a small lower leg service all 600mls and the color change was always there.
