I just did this upgrade for the rotors. One thing to help others is for the rear brake adapter, you also need 2 shorter M6 25mm bolts as the bolts used for the stock rear adapter are too long. I grabbed 2 of them at my local ace hardware.

The Shimano adapter part # to go from a 160 to a 203 rotor is SM-MA-F203P/P.

Thank you for this. Just ran into the exact problem and it is hard to find info on what is the correct size to use for the caliper bolts.
