Can anyone tell me where to find the serial number on the frame so I can register it?

Undernearth the bottom bracket shell, right next to chainstay. Another one can be found inside headtube

How does it climb compared to the 153?
Thanks

Feels about the same efficiency wise imo. The steeper STA feels nicer, but that is countered by the slack HTA which makes tight switchbacks a bit trickier. You’ll get used to it, but tight turns will take more body English.

I did 85km cross country event with this bike. Yeah… not the best idea. Lots of long and steep climbs. Only thing making this a bad climber is that the 170mm fork and riser bar makes your handlebar height so high that you really have to put effort in keeping the front wheel on the ground.

Just picked up a medium. Coming off a 2020 alloy 153 but I can tell this bike will be fun. Brakes need to be upgraded

Is anyone running a 205x65 ? Would running that extra 2.5mm mess anything up?

the bridge will most likely hit the seatstay when bottoming out.

Does Kona offer sag points or recommendations to setting up the x? Looked on their site but couldn’t find anything. After a couple rides I’m just starting to mess with settings
