I've been playing around with using adaptogens combined with a hydration mix and have found that (subjectively at least) my ability to suffer and push through longer rides is pretty significantly increased. I've also noticed that I'm more focused on rides and generally in a better mood (though its hard to really pull out that last one -- who isn't stoked when riding?).
Curious if anyone on here's had much experience experimenting with adaptogens and riding?
Just FYI I've mainly used Ashwagandha and Eleuthero. I've found the latter is better for energy while the former seems to focus you more.
