So, I've been progressing in my fitness and riding abilities fairly quickly I feel like. I'm starting to wonder how many times/miles per week people ride in general. No answer is a bad answer really, I'm just curious what you ladies are putting down!
For me: Started riding in December and 2 miles on pavement was absolute murder.
In the past 7 days (3/30-4/6) I've done 35 miles with 5000' of climbing having ridden 5 separate times in that week.
