PF30 with Shimano Crankset Compatibility Issues

Hey All,

I have a problem where i'm stripping the splines from my non drive side cranks on my Shimano M8100 crankset.

I have determined that the spindle doesn't protrude through the BB far enough so do not have enough spline engagement, probably need another 10mm.

The bike has a PF30 BB with a 73mm shell and originally came with an 11 speed SRAM drivetrain but i wanted to run 12 speed Shimano.

I have a Hope PF46 BB but the outboard bearing push the drive side out too far (no spacers).

To cure the problem I think i need a PF30 BB with inboard bearings but they don't seem to exist for 24mm spindles but do for 30mm.

Do they exist or do i have to concede that i'm going to have to buy a BB with inboard bearings for 30mm spindles and buy a new crankset (e.g. Race Face)?

Or are there any other options?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
