I have a Yt jeffsy blaze which is 150 150 al mountain bike. I train Xc and race enduro and ride park all on this bike. I just put I flat spot on my rear wheel and I am thinking about replacing the rim. I will replace the hub eventually bc the engagement is terrible but too much money for now. Specs for my wheel set.
DT SWISS M 1900 SPLINE

29" x 30 mm | 110 x 15 mm | 148 x 12 mm
Also, 28 spokes. Not 32... I was told to look into the dt Swiss 511. Anyone else have any recommendations? I don’t want to spend over 150.

32 spokes will build a stronger rim.. if you ride park don’t be a weight weenie to your own detriment.

I build a shit ton of wheels for my customers on Spank rims. Best aluminum rims on the market from what I've seen.

I ended up going with an e1900 from dt swiss as crash replacement. I plan on selling the whole wheel soon and building a new one on a better hub. I’ll look at spank then.
