I had a large stolen and was able to get another a month later Put a pnw 200 dropper on it Then immediately broke my collarbone Depending on skill I would give yourself some time to get used to the bike before jumping it Can’t wait to get back on it

Where did you buy the bike ? I'm thinking it may be a couple of months before we see these in stock
Awesome. Assume the wheel circumference difference is so minor there is no notable impact on motor/speed/performance?
It "feels" like a 29er now, and I like it. I do have a 170 fork on it too. Good article here. https://www.bikeradar.com/features/bikeradar-builds-custom-marin-alpine-trail-e2/
Bike arrived last week, just need to find the time to sort the invisframe but can't wait to test it out.
What tyres are people running? Was always a Maxxis fan but bought a HT with Scwalbe magic mary front and hand damf rear and love it. Thinking maybe try the big betty on the back.
The bike came with Vee tyres and rear has to go, looks very fast rolling but can't imagine it'll be much use in the mud. Not sure on a 2.8 on the back. Would a smaller tyre, 2.6 or 2.4 change the geo enough to notice?
