Downloads locked out without any use today

I've been downloading the Tahoe Donner trail area. Using my 20 downloads a day Pro account. Today it says I have reached my maximum without any usage at all. I've logged out and in. Restarted my computer and now I'm on a different computer and it still doesn't work. What gives?

I just found on a post that it resets after 24 hours. It would be helpful if that was clearly stated instead of banging my head against the wall the "next day" thinking there's a bug.
