I recently bought a BMX frame and on the bottom of the bottom bracket housing it has the serial number on the one side and on the other side it has ACADE 20.

Any idea what Make or Model the bike could be

Could be An Academy Bmx no idea what model though

Probably just a cheap china frame, if it's been painted, next to impossible to identify unless you can somehow find out which company has that serial number registered. That being said pictures could help here.
