Past the honeymoon period and still very stoked on the Bronson. Saw an older post asking about the X2 on this bike. I just switched from the stock RS SuperDeluxe Select+ to the X2 and it's transformative. I like the SD in most cases but it got nervous in high speed chunk and has very little adjustment. Grip, platform for pop and stability all significantly improved with the X2. Should be specced on higher end builds IMHO.

I also "sized down" to a medium at 5'9.5" and I think that was the right call. Still the longest WB of any bike I've ever owned. If I were racing I might go Lg...maybe.

Does the bike still pedal/climb well with the X2 with out the aid of the blue lever?

Climbs the same as the stock SD, which I think is great. But that is relative. I have a wide range of acceptable climbing prowess for bikes with great handling on rowdy descents.

On the stock Super Deluxe shock for this bike, how many volume spacers are pre installed?

Two volume spacers came in my stock Super Deluxe.

Has anyone had any issue with a noise that seems to be coming from a loose linkage? i work this one with my lbs and SC and we changed so far the bearing (from my wheelset and linkage), the linkage hardware, swapped the shock, axles and now we are at the stage of swapping the front triangle. The sound it is making on high speed chatter is terrible.

I thought my linkage was creaking but the noise was actually from the BB. The headset has made some good creaking twice on mine, needing a good clean and regrease to quiet things down. Good hunting on your noise issue!

Anyone figure out a pump and bottle cage setup? the fat ebike downtube is making it tough

Correct. The production schedule of their bikes made these features being absent on the Bronson sorta weird. I am glad they are addressing it.

Can anyone point me in the direct of proper shock mounting hardware?

Trying to mount a Super Deluxe Ultimate Coil. Rockshock 8x30 hardware sold out everywhere I've looked. I'm assuming can use Fox for the mount but what to use for bearing mount in rear? It doesn't appear Rockshox even offers a roller bearing mount for the rear.

Other option is RWC

Either of those will be fine
