Building an ATF 20" for fitness what hubs would be recommended for long rides on green way.

I Swear by Primo and/or GSPORT.

I have really old parts over ten years old now, still roll farther than some new bikes, although I can't speak for the new parts they produce, since I haven't a need to replace them.

Stay away from freecoasters.

If you setup a free coaster with little slack it will roll for a long time, it will be a bit more expensive. But if you really want a cassette go with the ones the guy above me said.

Profile mini, they are strong , semi cheap, hold their value and will always have parts available. I know people who are riding on 20 year old profile hubs without issue
