I have fairly pronounced dupuytren's contracture in both hands. My left is worse. If you are unfamiliar, it's scar tissue that forms inside your tendon sheaths in your hands and creates large nodules in your palms. Mine are in my L pinky and R ring finger.

The pinkie is especially hammered by bike park riding.

Any advice?

Are soft silicon grips the way to go?

Following...I was recently diagnosed with this and it scares the crap out of me as there doesn't seem to be any good outcome! Hoping I can still ride for a long time!
