Clean and lube chain. Clean gunk off of jockey wheels and cassette. Adjust derailleur properly (see utube) drop of lube into cable housings. Still noisy? Check derailleur alignment. Adjust limit screws to avoid chain in spokes over shift. I use dry lube every 3rd ride. But I live in dry area. Some lubes gunk up everything and attracts dirt and sand. Becomes noisy sandpaper that ruins drive train. You gotta lube then wipe off all excess and keep after it.
