There are still some of us older women out on the trails but I have noticed a lot of older ladies are now on e-bikes. I am not ready to transition to an e-bike yet but it is a wonderful option for those still wanting to get out and ride. It always amazes me when someone blows by me with very little effort as I am sweating it up a hill.

I would love to hear back from any other senior ladies still out there riding single track.

Thanks for the post. Glad to hear your Mom is enjoying her e-bike. So far climbing isn't a problem. I actually like to climb because I don't usually get hurt on the climbs. I am just way more cautious now on the downhills. The last thing I need is to break a bone.
