Planning an Enduro build using a Cascade link which will increase travel 180mm and one of the mullet links made by WRP or Rhode Fab. I plan on running a 180mm fork as well.

Any ideas on how the 180mm fork will affect the reach?

How is the progress on this going. I'm building a mullet enduro as well. Waiting on my link.

Use bike-stats.de, make an account so that you can create custom bikes/fork changes.

I recently used it to find that an XL levo SL is still too small for me, especially with a longer travel fork.

I am running 180mm fork but on high setting. Low is abit hard to clear some climb as it keeps pedal strike. I also stroke my fox dhx2 from 60 to 65mm . That actually gives me around 180+mm travel which is a monster truck with 2.6" tyres. That why i didnt get the cascade link

its gonna decrease your reach about 10mm for every 10mm increase roughly.
Its also gonna raise your BB and slacken your HA about .5 deg

HTA would have to be ~45ª for that to be the case......

.5 deg would put your head tube angle around 63.5 depending on high low setting.
Not sure where 45 came from.
10mm increase in fork travel decrease reach around 10mm
Increasing fork travel decreases head tube angle.
