Just picked up a new 5010 with the DPS perf rear shock. Does anyone have insight on how someone 5’ 8”, 155lbs can dial in a poppy feeling setup for the bike.

I'm on the RS super deluxe on my 5010 so I can't speak to any specifics with the DPS.
You could consider renting a shockwiz, about $100 for a week from Feel the Berm.
Otherwise, it'll be a bit of trial and error. First, set your sag and adjustments as per manufacturer recommendations. Then start playing with one adjustment at a time. It'll take 4-5 rides but you should be able to make sense of the adjustments over time.
Once you feel that's dialed, you can see if adjusting your sag is helpful or not.
