Yo! Has anybody upgraded their forks on the Trek Top Fuel 8 NX 2021? If so what did you upgrade to? I want more than 120mm travel (around 160) but don't want it to effect the geometry and also want to keep the lockout.

Definitely don't go more than 130mm on that frame. If you want 160 you bought the wrong bike.

This is gold. Maybe go for a Fox 38.

go dual crown FOX 40. Put KTM 300 size tires on it and fill with sand, it will make the bike stick to the ground better for mo traction and also decrease bouncing rebound!
Heck forget the fox and put a WP FORK from the KTM 300 on it.

Maximum fork travel for the Top Fuel is 130mm. I have a 130mm Pike with a Smashpot coil conversion on my Top Fuel C.

Hell just mount that 300cc 2 stroke KTM motor on there too for total domination. The power to weight ratio will be insane.

Dual-crown country is the way to go. Fox 38 just doesn’t cut it.. and let’s be honest, the Zeb is a noodle

Edit: completely forgot… gotta go mullet too, with cascade link
