I was able to get a Scott 29er frame that was like brand new...I picked up only quick release 29er rims, there mismatched but really good condition, rear has a really small cluster so it was easy to convert, put 12 tooth new gear....I got matching new Shimano 203mm front n 180mm rear 6 bolt rotors...I found matching avid hydraulic calipers n levers, they had spacer in them for storage without having to bleed them,n pads like new, still gotta dig out a set of adapters....I got sealed neck bearing set but didn't find cups for frame yet, gotta cut down the tube on forks for no spacer fit.....I got nice wide 31.8 oversized bars, profile stubby neck, still gotta pick out caps n new bolts....I scored like new rockshox Tara 29er lockout forks, had to climb on top of pile of bikes to pull them a Norco frame...
I put a sealed bb n decent cranks but keep digging or pull better from frame, got plastic bmx pedals till c better, gonna find new 36tooth front gear n 12tooth rear, new chain with tensor setup....got a kick back ajustable seat post, will cut to size,n got newer seat flat n clean....not bad for 3hr parts finds
