Looks like parts of my drivetrain are starting to wear out. My current setup is the stuff that came stock on me 2018 Jeffsy, 11sp xtr derailer, E13 cassette 11sp 9-46t, raceface next R cranks and chainring. I will likely be getting a new bike in the next 2-6 months so is it worth it to upgrade to a 12sp drivetrain if I’m just going to sell it in the near future?

The real problem is I’m getting a lot of slipping in the 9 and 10 tooth cogs. Since it is a 2 piece cassette the cheapest option would be to just buy the lower half of the cassette from E13. Would this be a bad idea?

Do bikes with 11sp drivetrains have a much lower resell since everything seems to be 12sp these days?

Thanks for the help.

Do you really use the 9t and 10t so much they wore out?
Have you carefully checked the derailleur alignment and B-screw distance?
