Hi, I'm wondering if there is anyone else in the Intense community that has had a cracked rear triangle and Intense have refused to honour the warranty? They are saying the mech hanger was loose or the bike has taken a hit, which both have not happened. It is impossible for the mech to be loose as the back wheel would fall out as it's all part of the rear axel. Also, surely my derailleur etc would have been damaged if it had taken such a big hit as to damage the frame. I am so gutted about the way I have been treated by Intense.
