2015 Hightower. Bottom Bracket Jargon Blowing My Mind!

I want to get a new bottom bracket for my 2015 Hightower. The one I’ve got is making some pretty rough sounds and I feel is past the point of just cleaning and greasing anymore, plus the outside pieces are pretty beat up.

I’m still really new to this and all I know about the one I’ve got is that it’s a sram one, my crank is also sram. I started looking into bottom brackets and I can’t figure out what one I need, all I know is that it’s not a press fit one, can anyone out there let me know which one I need if they know or have experience with my model of bike. It would be much appreciated!
