Shoulder season(between summer riding and winter skiing).... It's pouring rain outside and I'm not going to the gym these days. So, I'm working out at home. I tried signing up for a mountain bike specific exercise program, but was not a good fit/motivator for me. Why not? While it had good videos showing each exercise, there was no 20- 30 etc minute video to follow along and do each exercise with the timing/motivation and explanation of each exercise to keep me going. I'm not training to race, just to be a fit mountain biker/skier. I'm looking for a good warm up, series of exercises, then warm down type of "class"/video/format. I find the tabata style of work outs are a good fit for me. Can you share any pros/cons of tabata? Do you have a favorite instructor that you follow? Best "bang for your buck" exercise? Thanks, Kat
