Which Stumpy do I have?

i picked up a 2018? stumpy used and I think I got an ok deal. I had waited over 3 months for the local bike shop to get a new one in my size and came across this one on FB marketplace. The guy I go it from also bought it second hand for his wife and she never rode. MY question is, I cannot narrow down what model it is, and the local shop had never even seen this color (on alloy frame). I know the serial number doesnt matter much but the SKU is 95318-7304. on the side of the frame right before the bottom bracket is say "MS specific alloy manipulation" (which tells me its alloy). I think it is a Med but there only thing that shows anything is a sticker on the top side of frame before the bottom bracket that reads iso-4210-2-204-m. underneath the downtube is says 5/23/2018 Taiwan. It may be a womens model? but what is throwing me off is the color which is the blue shown at the link and the fact it has Tektro brakes. I cannot find this combination anywhere on the archive bikes on the site. what am i missing? The previous owner only changed the bars and dropper post so the brakes as far as i know are original. Thanks in advance
