86 - Trestle Bike Park. Did a couple hours of lift laps, pedaled up the mountain during a lightning hold, then 1 more hour when the lift re-opened.

190 - Commute yesterday
191 - Big ride from home in the humid heat. 34.5 km and 1350 meters. Through Westwood into South Benson, full lap of 'The Whole Duff' top to bottom. Got 2nd overall on the full top to bottom (only one second off the KOM on a 9 minute 4.3 km dh segment!) and 6th overall on the Uterbraten trail on the way down. Running really good, blew one corner on Uterbraten so I think I would have KOM'd the Whole Duff and managed a better time on Uterbraten if it were a fully clean run. Looking forward to pinning it on that one again soon! Running so well in these hot dry conditions compared to just about everything else.

Thought I was going to get heat stroke at one point climbing back to Westwood after South Benson though. These hot, humid conditions are dangerous as the body struggles to regulate temperatures when the sweat doesn't evaporate of your skin like normal....loving the a/c now that I'm back home..might not move much for the rest of the day lol
