36 - repeats of a 1/4 mile track with focus on cornering technique.
I was crazy surprised to see how much faster I was after doing a bunch of cornering drills. Definitely a must every now and again.
For sure. I was in an enduro race last summer, got handily destroyed, and with a little Strava sleuthing figured out I was losing 1-2 seconds in every corner. Definitely gotta get that sorted before signing up for another race.
113 - 28.5 km and 850 meter ride starting at Doumont, banging out a lap of ASOP, rode the outer bypass route all the way to Westwood, then did a handful of laps there..then home for beers with my parents and my wife in the sun in the backyard
114 - Boring work commute followed by 16 km and 500 meters of Westwood laps. Managed a 3rd overall on Parachutes. Dirt is absolutely perfect right now
