Ordering bike from Canyon (Canada site) and shipping down to states

There's a bike I REALLY want from canyon, but it's out of stock in the states and in stock in Canada. I called them to see if it was possible to ship it down here, but they don't allow it since it messes with their serial number/warranty system. I called bike flights to see if they could help me and they surprisingly weren't willing to do it. So then I called a shop in Vancouver to see if I could ship it to them, and then I can drive up and pick it up. They also gave me a no.

I'm stuck. Anyone have an idea as to how in the world could I beat this loophole? Seems like I just need a Canadian address to send the bike to, then have it ship to the states from there.
