So I recently just brought a $1,300aud Apollo Comp 10 XC entry level trail hardtail to use as a family and general street bike instead of using my carbon Trek Slash.
Has anyone else heard of the Aussie brand Apollo and what are your thoughts!?
So far I have had so much fun on it and it’s completely impressed me!

Glad you are liking it, it certainly looks like a nice reliable bike. Never heard of it myself but I'm in North America. One thing in general you should avoid is reading reviews on things you already own. The only thing it'll do is get you to compare your current thing against a different or newer or 'better' thing. Then you'll feel less great about what you've already got!

If you like it and are having fun/riding it, then you've got the best bike out there!
