I'm slowly losing my sanity over brake adapters. I'm running a 223 Galfer rotor, Fox 40 and Hayes Dominion brakes.
The fork is 203PM and the rotor is 223mm. Easy +20 brake adapter right? Wrong.
I've now tried NS Billet, Galfer, Hope, Formula, and Intend and each time the caliper alignment is wrong and the rotor hits the caliper (always on the bottom of the caliper, entry point of the rotor), or the caliper hits the adapter and cannot be mounted. Adding spacers improves the clearance but means the pad no longer fully contacts the rotor.
I now have Magura, TRP and Reverse brake adapters on order, but I'm wondering if anyone has any other suggestions or solutions? Like I said I'm losing my sanity as this should be such a straight forward task.
