Aside from Specialized S-Works are there any other offerings in the U.S. market to buy stripped eMTB frames? By stripped I include motor and battery with the frame but absent all the other components such as fork, wheels, drivetrain etc.

LCES004, which fit for motor Bafang M500 (250W)/ M600 (500w), battery BT F03 (450wh)/ BT F04 (600wh).
Frame set including frame+ seat clamp+ head set+ rear thru-axle, and two hangers for rear derailleur.
Color: UD matt, (painting customized is acceptable with extra cost.)

Thanks for all of the replies. I'm currently looking into conversion options specifically the Paradox Kinetics Hermes and the Bimotal.

I can see pros and cons to each so still undecided on which one.
