I just picked up a 2022 slayer 29er and built a 650b rear wheel for it. There's still too much snow around here to really get a feel for it but I definitely feel more at home on the bike just booting around town than I do with the 29er in the back. I'm running a 170mm up front to help correct the geometry and I have it in steep. Bb doesn't seem to have dropped a concerning amount but I threw a 2.6 in the back and ordered some 165mm cranks to help avoid any issues. Has anyone else thrown a 27.5 in the back of their slayer? Curious to hear people's thoughts/experiences.
