Alchemy Arktos 135

Does anyone have any experience riding the newly redesigned Alchemy Arktos? I’m looking for a Goldilocks bike and curious about this one in the 135/150 configuration. I’m in New England and am an active rider on the trails. I like some pop.

I'm on one and I really like it. I came over from a Giant Trance 2 (2017) so it was a shock to see how playful the Arktos is. So far, the Arktos has been mostly great plowing down trails but not muting them. It climbs just fine (I've heard people moaning about needing the climb switch but I never use it). I'm not going to best my PRs from years past as I was young and hungry. I picked it for a few reasons: reputation, that sweet spot of 150/135 and spec'd.
