If you are placing mid pack in races, you are probably faster than 90% of the dudes who ride Enduro bikes lol.

I can tell you what I am thinking when I see someone on a fancy bike in a race, regardless of their position: "that's a nice bike".

That's it, that's all I'm thinking.

as long as you are having fun that's all that matters, I don't care what other's ride as everyone has different tastes.

I’m the same way and don’t really care. Just have fun. There will always be “Bros” out there too worried about what everyone else is doing. Besides, I don’t think anyone really knows who you are or your results.
