If you are placing mid pack in races, you are probably faster than 90% of the dudes who ride Enduro bikes lol.

I can tell you what I am thinking when I see someone on a fancy bike in a race, regardless of their position: "that's a nice bike".

I’m the same way and don’t really care. Just have fun. There will always be “Bros” out there too worried about what everyone else is doing. Besides, I don’t think anyone really knows who you are or your results.
