Why do some people have no pain in the buttocks while riding a bike, and some people can't stand the pain in the buttocks after riding for a long time? In my opinion, it has a lot to do with the seat cushion I use. I was also devastated by a sore butt before changing the seat cushion.

There are currently two types of seat cushions for bikes. Narrow and slender hard seat pads, commonly found in sports bikes, hard seat pads are more suitable for fast pedaling actions. A wide and soft comfort seat, commonly found in entry-level or leisure-oriented bikes, a soft seat can provide better comfort.

What type of seat cushion are you using now? Will there be pain in the buttocks?

Cue beavis and butthead laughing.

But seriously, I'm kind of cheap and I'm running a DH/freestyle full suspension bike. So I decided on a sixpack racing millennium DH saddle.

To some it's uncomfortable, but it works for me and kind of suits the bike well.

Is it weird that I knew exactly which account had posted this just from the subject line?

Looks like they finally got themselves banned though. Oh well.
