Recently bought a 210x55 rock shox super deluxe and it came off a Santa Cruz, problem is I own a 2021 stumpjumper evo and the mounting hardware is different.. my original thought is I could just press the bearing out (hence why I bought it) however after talking with a friend I have to change the whole shaft (ifp?) and looking around on world wide cyclery I think I found what I need to make the change, HOWEVER I found this “RockShox Rear Shock Damper Body IFP - Standard Eyelet, 50mm stroke (55mm plus 5mm Travel Spacer), Deluxe (A1), Super” says the stroke is 50 but I need 55mm stroke. However it does state that the spacer makes it into a 55mm stroke. Is this correct. Also anyone know what tools I would need to make this change I’m sure there are some speciality tools that will be required?
