Anyone moving 2 MTBs in the back of a Y ? With the front wheel off and the forks in the the sub trunk and you close the hatch ? I would of course have a rear rack but being able to put 2 inside is a big deal to us

Heyo, yeah, I've done this several times, you can get three bikes in there pretty simply even. Its easiest to take both wheels off, and then stick the fork facing backwards in the trunk "hole".
I put my bike in the Y on long trips to save range.
Ikea sells really cheap bags that make great wheel bags, I like using those.
