Deity Deftraps. Nice slight concave shape which is good for stiff DH shoes. Cheap, tough, and you're supporting a good brand.

I like my Crankbrothers Stamp 7, at $170 they are pricy, but they are very good, I also have had the Raceface chester pedals, and loved them. Crankbrothers also sells some cheaper flat pedals too.
