Hope brakes

Hi all
Brakes at the minute sram guide r
Got some new hope brakes rather than messing about with the rear which is internal routed does anyone know if I could just take the leaver off and re connect my hope leaver to the hose and vice versa with the caliper

If the hose can take the hope connectors or vice versa, diameter size etc then yes

I have no experiance with sram guide r,
but familiar with a few Hope models, so in case its relevant, most Hope
brakes run on DOT fluid as your sram guide r may be olive oil : )

Guides use DOT fluid
