currently built around a ENVE G23 wheelset with 35C tires, which when installed are perfectly centered to the seat stays and chain stays.
However I just got a set of HUNT 35 that I have 30c tires on for those road days. I notice that the tire is almost 3/4" off to the left of the center line of the seat stay and chain stay. Is that normal?

I did my best to make sure my lens was aligned with the center of the bike.
That doesn't sound normal, rear wheels are dished. So the spokes are slightly shorter on the cassette freehub side of the wheel when properly setup and trued, that's to make the rim run central to the hub.
