Hi folks

Lets make a list of weight vs spring rate.

Im 200 lbs and thinking of getting a 550 spring.

Bought a 21 frs with air and wanna go coil.

(Edit - maybe i should go for a 500 first)

I'm 145lbs with a 300 spring. I'm not riding anything that gnarly yet. Blue flow and black tech is my skill level

Use tftuned.com calculator.. I am 210 on a 2021 Commencal supreme came with 550 could not get anywhere near recommended sag . Ended up with 475 to put me at plush sag
