Hi all, Im new to the fourm and have been mountain biking for about 4 months on a budget set up. I have recently been offered a Rockrider AM100 frame for around 130 euro with NX crank and was thinking of building a custom bike. Would this be a good frame to start with or am I wasting my time.

The reason im looking into this is because I cant afford to buy one out right and could tip away on parts to build one.

If the cost would be 1.5 times the price, id probably would get a loan

Thanks

If it's what you can afford , then go ahead. I don't think it's a waste of time and the geometry looks decent, especially for the price. You can later swap the parts to another frame when you get tired of this one.
