Looking to buy pump track dirt in PNW

Hi there, I'm working on a pump track in Skagit county, WA and I'm having a hard time finding someone who can sell me some good dirt.

Based on the info in Pump Track Nation, I'm looking for minimal silt and a roughly even mix of sand and clay. None of the folks who sell dirt or gravel around here do custom mixes or anything with clay in it. I've called or emailed North Cross, Skagit Aggregates, Pacific Topsoil, Topsoils Northwest, Skagit Soils, Custom Dirt & Hydroseed, and maybe a few others.

Does anyone know of a vendor in western WA who will sell me a custom mix or even something close to that? If I don't find something I'm going to just have to buy fill dirt and that's going to have a lot of rocks in it.
