Just wanted to post a quick shout out to Ben and Chris from Deviate Cycles:

I recently had a dropper post get seized in a carbon frame. (Multiple shops were unable to remove it so I built a homemade extractor but it bent a 1 inch steel pipe through the BB shell trying to remove it without success).

Ben answered my request for a crash replacement while he was on holiday, and though they were out of stock for the size and colour I needed, he offered to send me his own frame which he'd only been riding for a week to ensure I had the frame in time for a trip to BC.

I've never experienced better customer service and just thought they deserved a shout out!

WOW! THEY do sound great both frames and people behind them.

Agreed, I've also had super support from them.

Did you try putting ice on the frame/seatpost for a few hours? I had a seized post and this got it out for me.

Yeah I've tried co2, ice packs, dry ice, and built a puller tool but it just won't budge.. I think the only possibility at this point would be using lye
