Hi! I've just setting up the Boxxer Ultimate 2022 in my bike with 27.5" wheel. The shox can be used with 27.5 and 29 wheels. Manual says the lower crown should be 161 - 165 mm from the top of the stanchion. I'm thinking about raising higher the crown around 1.5 cm because of a height difference between 27.5 and 29. In future I'm going switch front wheel to 29 and ride on a mullet bike. What do you think? Can I safely rise higher the crown?

I think I understand you. You have a boxxer 29.
You are looking to reduce the SRAM measurement from 161mm to approx 146mm.
The debonair logo on the left stanchion is around 20mm below the crown when set to srams default setting. You see a lot of pro bikes with this measure that look much bigger, so they are doing the same.
Personally I wouldn't want to add additional flex.
Also the 56mm offset from the boxxer 29 may not feel great with a 27.5 wheel.

Hi @mcozzy, thank you for your answer, it's really helpful. I'm riding on 46 mm offset, default one, so there shouldn't be any problems with 27.5" wheel Smile
