ya the ballyhoura trails are finished, all 93km of em and fully marked out, the shower block should be open soon. tracton woods near Carragaline are good fro agressive XC, few jumps and stuff on the trail.

and im from West Cork.

there's always people there man just get there early to get a place in the car park, check out www.mbcc.ie for info on spins there, look up the MBUL website as well.
