Like I said, im currently using it and have had no problems. I would stick with version 2.23 and not 3.0. Its about 1 hour on time critical (I cant use comp when its on time critical, but has numerous settings) and 10 minutes to burn. You can edit with it, add subtitles, custom menu etc.

Hope that helps. I would def. give it a try, its super easy to use too.

You should stick with the dvd burning software your dvd rw drive came with. When you try to burn a dvd, use a converter to convert it into dvd-compatible format (MPEG2 with DVD specifications)before you actually burn the video to the Disk.

If you convert it to mpeg2 format, it'll only take about a minute to burn a dvd video disk.

If the burning process works as it's suppose to, burning a full dvd will take less than 5minutes. Encoding a DVD video takes about a day and half on my old computer.

It takes me about 3 and half minutes for me to burn a full dvd at 20x.
