I build my stuff on a vacant lot near the interstate. It's a bit off the beaten path but I do have to deal with dirt bikes, quads, etc. so I tarp my jumps with camo or similar color tarps. I also try and use the few trees and shrubs to hide the lips and landings. If nothing else, just ask around and see if any land owners would be willing to let you build on their property.
